Your meetings already live in Calendar. Zonon picks them up from there and starts at the right time - no buttons to press.

Live captions

See what’s being said in real time, right on screen. Helpful when you missed a word, or when the room is loud.

Knows who’s talking

Each speaker gets their own label, so the transcript reads like a script. You can rename a speaker once and the change applies everywhere.

Smart summary

A short paragraph at the top, the key decisions, the open questions, and a list of action items - all written for you.

Action items become reminders

Anything you need to do shows up in your Reminders app, in a list called “Zonon”. Tick it off there and it’s done in Zonon too.

Search every meeting

“What did we decide about pricing?” Type it in. Zonon finds the right moment, even if the exact words weren’t spoken.

Pre-meeting brief

Ten minutes before your next meeting, Zonon hands you a one-paragraph reminder of what was last said with the same people.
